How to Use the Strategy Planner

  1. 1.Wave range: Pick where you are in the match. Early = before wave 11. Mid = wave 11-20. Late = wave 21+.
  2. 2.Economy budget: Check your current income/min in the game UI (hover the coin bar). Use the economy calculator if you want to plan before the match.
  3. 3.Map size: Small maps are tight urban layouts. Large maps have wide travel lanes where Artillery range matters most. Medium is the default random map.
  4. 4.Generate strategy: Click the button. The composition, spawn order, counter tip, and income target update immediately. All recommendations come from my match log data — not generic game-guide templates.

How I Built the Lookup Table

Every cell in this planner comes from a structured match log I kept between May 5-14, 2026. I played 50+ matches across the three map types, three budget tiers, and three wave ranges — logging win/loss, income/min at the start of each wave phase, unit composition queued, and the opponent's defensive setup at the time of first contact.

From that log I extracted which composition + spawn order had the highest win rate for each combination of inputs. Where win rates were statistically too close to call (within 10%), I defaulted to the higher-income recommendation and noted it in the build note.

What the planner cannot do: Real-time opponent scouting. The biggest unmodeled variable is when the opponent unlocks Airfield versus Barracks. The counter-strategy tips assume a common opponent build for each scenario — if your opponent is doing something unusual, treat the counter tip as a baseline and adapt.

Win rate = matches won as primary user of this unit type vs. mixed opponent builds. Artillery's large-map advantage is the clearest signal in the dataset.

What is the best strategy for early waves in Mini War Roblox?

For waves 1-8 on a low budget, Infantry + Farm economy is the core. Spend the first 3 building slots on income buildings (Farm, Mine, Oil Refinery) before adding Barracks. That income gap compounds — players who build Barracks in slot 2 consistently lose by wave 15 to players who delayed military investment until wave 8-10.

Does map size change the best unit composition in Mini War Roblox?

Yes. Small maps compress travel time, making Artillery's long range less effective — opponents reach your base before Artillery fires a second volley. On large maps, Artillery becomes the highest-value unit because it picks off units before they reach your walls. The planner adjusts unit picks based on map size to account for this.

How do I counter an air-heavy enemy in Mini War Roblox?

Build Anti-Air Turrets before mid-game if you see an opponent constructing an Airfield. One Anti-Air Turret handles roughly 3-4 Drone waves. Helicopters require two Anti-Air Turrets to reliably counter because of their higher health pool. The strategy planner flags this counter recommendation when budget and wave inputs suggest the opponent is likely at Airfield tech.

What is spawn priority order in Mini War Roblox strategy?

Spawn priority determines which units you queue first when your income is limited. Infantry first means you generate pressure fast at low cost. Tank-first means slower pressure but each unit absorbs more damage — better on long maps or against Artillery-heavy opponents. The planner outputs a 1-5 numbered spawn order based on your inputs.

How accurate is the strategy planner compared to actual Mini War Roblox play?

The recommendations come from a lookup table built from 50+ match logs across May 2026. The planner is a starting point — not a real-time opponent-scouting tool. If your opponent is doing something unexpected, adjust. The biggest predictive variable the planner cannot capture is how quickly your opponent unlocks Airfield. Treat the air-counter tip as a precaution rather than a certainty.
